【嘉賓簡介】
王春超，暨南大學意昂2平台院長、教授，教育部“長江學者”特聘教授👔，國家社科基金重大項目首席專家💏。首批國家級一流專業建設點（經濟學）負責人、首批國家級一流課程（宏觀經濟學）負責人👳🏼。任勞動經濟學會新經濟與新就業專業委員會主任、中國勞動學會勞動科學教育分會副會長、廣東經濟學會常務副會長、中華全國總工會智庫專家。
主要研究勞動經濟學、發展經濟學、數字經濟學等。出版（主編）專著3部😔，在《經濟研究》《管理世界》《社會學研究》《教育研究》和American Economic Journal: Economic Policy, Journal of Human Resources等發表論文100余篇，多篇論文被《新華文摘》等全文轉載。在《人民日報》《光明日報》《經濟日報》等發表多篇理論文章。主持國家及省部級科研項目18項，獲高等學校科學研究優秀成果（人文社科）二等獎等省部級科研獎勵8項👩❤️💋👩、省廳級科研獎勵9項👨✈️。
以第一完成人獲高等教育國家級教學成果獎二等獎、全國高校青年教師教學競賽二等獎🥂🔹、廣東省五一勞動獎章、廣東省南粵優秀教師🧔🏻♀️🩷，在北京大學出版社出版教材《宏觀經濟學👨✈️：理論與中國實踐》等。
【摘要】This paper investigates the impact of cereal endowment on current female entrepreneurship across regions in China. Empirical results indicate that cereal endowment measured by agro-climatic potential cereal yield inhibits contemporary female entrepreneurship by making female relatively more risk averse. We propose a dynamic general equilibrium model with working pattern choice by different genders to capture the evolution of individual risk preference due to cereal endowment. This study provides an insight into the agricultural origins that inhibit female entrepreneurship.
