嘉賓簡介：Visiting Professor at the School of International and Public Affairs, Columbia University, Guest Professor at ISCTE, Lisbon University㊙️，and Senior International Advisor at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. Served as a Member of Parliament and Minister of Economy of Portugal between 2005-2009. In 2007, He was President of the Council of European Ministers for Competitiveness and Energy, as well as President of the Transatlantic Council. He has been awarded honors by the governments of France, Spain, Germany, Brazil, Sweden, and Norway.
